Trading picks in historical

A few years ahead in my '57 historical game, Detroit trade for picks in the... 1962 draft! I'm playing using the sponsorship system until 1963, so these picks never existed. It happened in the first day of the '62-63 season, about one year after when these picks would have been used.

I checked the picks for the 3 teams involved and it seems everything remained unchanged for all future picks.

Yeah, something odd is going on when the draft activates in 1963. When I check the draft logs afterwards, it looks like the picks are actually getting moved as they should, but in the news and transaction logs their year is reported incorrectly and they're not being moved on the team data list, either. We'll get that fixed.
