Team retiring "wrong" number

I started a historical game in '57 and when Maurice Richard retired in '61, Montreal retired his number. But instead of retiring #9 that he wore for most of his career, #15 that he wore in his first year ended up being chosen.

Odd, it's supposed to be using the last number the player wore for the team. We'll have a look at that.
