Flaw in counting power plays

Here is a case where a major (5-minute) penalty was called on one team (Anaheim), then a couple of minutes after that a minor penalty was called on the opponent (Calgary) -- see below.

The Calgary penalty expired before the Anaheim major penalty was over, yet Anaheim was credited with a power play for this Calgary penalty, even though they never had a man advantage during that penalty -- see below. I don't think this should have happened. It looks like FHM counts power plays by adding up the number of non-coincidental major and minor penalties without taking into account this possible scenario.

Yup, it's on the bug list, it's not adding the number of PP goals during major penalty power plays like it should.
