Buying Points Issue
To whom this concerns. I tried to buy point today and my card was declined. I tried again later declined. I have more than enough to purchse points. So, I called call company and they found out that this purchase was trying to purchase from Amersterdam compared to ever other purchase for points this month from Inglewood California which was addresson confirmation of payment on my account. Is there a reason for the change and why my card declined.

Hey Bunktown Ballers,
Is that purchase going through our FastSpring store or is that from Steam/AppStore that you're attempting to make that purchase? I'm not aware of any changes to how the purchases go through but let's start there in case there are other issues we can look at. Thanks Alex |
