Custom League questions

I am one of those weird players who plays with fantasy custom leagues, and have a few general questions. Its better to ask dumb questions then make dumb mistakes.

From what I understand...

-- You set up your main, major league league
--- Then you need to add your minor league team (AHL/ECHL type league)
--- If you want to have draft picks, you need to set up one or more Junior Hockey leagues to provide the raw talent to be drafted

Correct?

Then some more detailed questions

-- If you set overtime and shootouts to zero, you can have ties.

-- If you set to historical money, then the revenue/contracts grow with historical reality.
-- If you don't set it to historical, you have 2022 money,
----(does it stay level or does it inflate?)

Last but not least, if your playing a custom league, there is no feature to simulate teams moving or expansion like in OOTP baseball?

Just played with it for two hours and love it.

There'll be draft picks even if you don't set up a junior league, the game will generate appropriate-aged players.

Correct on the OT/shootouts and historical money stuff. There's no automatic movement/expansion in custom games, but you can always edit new teams in yourself (or move them) on July 1.
