Purchasing Via Steam
Are there any advantages to purchasing this game via Steam vs purchasing it at the Out of the Park Developments site?
Thanks! |

I only have purchased FastSpring, but SteamWorks is a great and easy way to get mods (like logos, jerseys, etc.) in directly without downloading and dropping and renaming and etc.

Also, AFAIK there is a slight bug within the Fastspring version where you're not able to drag and drop players onto lines I think?
Either way, Fastspring say it's on the OOTP side and they are certain it's not, so if that's the sort of thing that might bother you then the Steam version doesn't have that. Not sure if it's financially any more viable to buy from one or the other in terms of where the money goes! |

And as others have mentioned the drag and drop doesn't work on fastspring and only works on Steam and I believe Epic. |

Thank you everyone for your replies! You've been very helpful and have helped me to decided to go ahead and purchase this game via Steam.
