1980 draft crash

On the Manager Home screen, when I click the button to start the 1980 Rookie Draft the game immediately crashes to desktop.

I have uploaded my file: Sabres Expansion Year 10 AC

Thanks for any help.

Crashing for me as well, even if I just try to look at a past draft log. I can't see anything obviously wrong with it, though, so we'll have to take a closer look at this one.
