Relegation league
is there a good tutorial on how to create a relegation league with FHM 9?

Not possible to do promotion/relegation in custom yet, the leagues in the standard game that use it require special coding.

Most Europeans leagues have it.

The League Notes page for each league will say specifically which ones have it.
