Schedule Link Points to Incorrect Game (Minor League Only)

I play as GM only of the Cleveland Guardians. Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the schedule function? An example is the first screen shot. On 9/1/2028 the Columbus Clippers lost to the Toledo Mud Hens 11-1. However, when I click on the game (second screen shot) it brings up Louisville v Columbus from 9/3/2027.
This happens with every minor league team in my organization. My major league team works the way it should and is not affected.
Is this a bug or do I have a setting that needs to be adjusted?
