Players in Clique but also have conflict?

I would think this is a bug?

Jeff Carter has a conflict w/ several players including Tristan Jarry.
However a new clique just formed including Carter and Jarry.

Would think two players who have a conflict with each other shouldn't also be in a clique together.

There's a regular check to see if there's a new conflict between players in a clique together (and a reduced chance of the conflict happening in the first place) - you should see Carter drop from the clique if the conflict doesn't disappear before then, which should happen within a month.
