and in my 2nd save with my expansion league Colorado went b2b against the Rangers and then my expansion team won the following year

Colorado has a dynasty going on in mine. After beating Boston in 2023, they then beat New Jersey in 2024 for their third straight title (counting last year IRL). In 2025, they would not make it four straight as Dallas broke through and beat New Jersey for the Cup. But 2026, Colorado was back and swept the Islanders for their fourth cup in five years.

Bruins sweep the Preds in the finals, they swept the Rangers in the semis and beat the Lightning and Red Wings before that. They also traded Bergeron and Craig Smith at the deadline for Elias Lindholm, looks like that worked out for them

Not a quick sim, but playing as Vegas was able to beat Carolina in the finals in 5. Eichel was a top 10 goal scorer, and I got a lot of depth scoring from Spencer Foo and Philipp Kurashev. The latter I was able to pick up on waivers for free; currently, it seems like AI teams might be a bit too quick to drop solid, young players on waivers. Otherwise, no complaints!

Oh, and just to note for fun: Toronto beat Tampa in the first round in 7, then got swept by Boston. Just Toronto things.
