Confused Over Ticket Prices

Hi, folks. I created a standard game using Live Start and simmed the World Series. I am now at opening day in 2023. Looking around the league, every single team has reduced ticket price at least in half and has a massive drop in expected revenue as a result. I am Detroit and the game reduced ticket prices from $41.52 to $17.51. Why did this happen? Even the Dodgers slashed their ticket prices. Thanks

The game does a particularly poor job of Revenue Yield Management, that is, figuring out how to maximize the total revenue. All the AI understands is getting more butts in seats, not what the overall ticket yield will produce.

When starting a Standard game with the Tigers recently, the starting ticket price was $16 for the 2022 season.

Something is amiss for sure in the Live Start numbers, worth a bug report if you can do it.

It is NOT the LIVE START prices. It is the entire OOTP financial model -- as I have compained about for about 20 years now.
