Quickstart question

If I were wanting to create a quickstart file, what would I need to include in order to make it usable by others?

This is my first time looking into this aspect of the game, and I have a lot of creative tweaks I'd like to make to the custom universes, so if I can share it that would be fantastic.

You start a game and you save it as a quickstart. You can do it from the game itself and not have to worry about missing files or what files are needed.
