Haven’t played this series in a few years…Can you expand the league and create a expansion team & logos? If so how? Thanks in advance

The manual and onscreen directions are pretty easy to follow depending on what you want to do. I've been really impressed with the online manual for the game, a quick read of that and you should be up to speed.
