Age maximum for a new minor league
I wanted to add a minor league for players just out of high school and international teenagers. So I set the age maximum to 19 and max pro service time to 1 year. However, I am noticing that players are allowed to stay in the league even when they are 20-21 years old or older and in their second year in the league. I cannot demote players to that league if they are older than 19, but they are allowed to stay there, I assume indefinitely unless I move them to a higher league?
Is this expected behaviour? I do not have my AI set to handle my minor leagues, would that be why? I was expecting the game to tell me my roster was invalid like it does if it is incomplete, but seems like its content to let 22 year olds play in a league for teenagers unless I intervene. The roster rules does seem to be followed by all the other AI controlled teams. |

It's an issue with the game that has been brought up before. If you don't promote the guy the game allows him to just stay at that level. You never get an alert of some kind that he's no longer eligible for that level. Of course if you try demoting the game won't let you.
Other players, myself included, have this same issue.

My only experience with age limits is in an online league, and there is very much does tell me I have an invalid roster if I try to proceed with a player who has 'aged out' of a level but is still there.
