273 Russian nationals (non-NHL) through 2005 draft. No players missing!
I've redone 6 or 7 with better versions. There's also a couple of NHL players
duplicated to cover spelling variants (e.g. Kondratyev vs Kondratiev).

Also included are 4 previously missing Finnish players from the 1939 World Championships.
