In the past week I discovered I lost all my progress in my franchises (lost all saves). Plus when I want to create a new one, I only have access to 1996, 1977 and 1921. I don't get why has I own the all In one bundle. Add to that my Perfect Team account is inaccessible and can't even go through the lost password process as it says "Wrong email or limit of daily recover"
