Importing New Draft Class Each Season?

Okay, I am sure this is out there somewhere but I cannot find it. Here is the scenario...
I want to create a new league starting at the end of 2022 via the "standard" game and rosters/stats/ratings as of the end of the season. I would like to then have the draft class of 2023 be available when the 2023 season starts assuming my league runs daily step-in-step with MLB. How would I grab the 2023 draft-eligible players and add them into my game without mucking up the rest of my existing ratings? Similarly, is this possible for international free agents?

Second question, if I wanted to slide the rookie draft and international free agency into a single draft (like in the historic league setup), to mid-December, how could I do that?

I have only run/set up historic leagues which is really easy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
