Altering the generated faces for Dominican players

Has anyone ever altered the way faces are generated for certain nations? I'd like to try and adjust the way Dominican players are created so use more "African" facegens because of the darker skin tones, while still using the Hispanic nameset. I don't believe this can be done in-game, as the NATION EDITOR tab only lets you select one country to generate the Ethnicity/Language/Name Origin of Dominican players--so I can't set it to "African" or they'll have African names too. I'm guessing I need to edit some data files outside the game, and I may be tech-savvy enough to do that, but figured I'd ask if anyone has already done anything like this?

Some of the folks on this thread might know the ins and outs of how to reset it so "Dominican" has a reset of its percentages for facial complexions generated...

You'll need to create a specific "Dominican" ethnicity and set the face type ratios for that ethnicity to have a high frequency of "African". If you use the complete world names file mod that was linked, this has already been done for you.

I don't believe there's any way to change the facial type ratios in a save that's already been started, or in a real world MLB game. Loading name mods into existing games//MLB games is broken in this year's version and will cause all players generated in user-defined ethnicities to have Caucasian face gens, which would defeat the purpose.

I love this set. i use it in every league. Only problem i have with it, is that I do not know if there is a place to put these so i don\t have to load them manually.
