Cannot upload online league FTP in new build

Hi guys,

I updated to the new build last night, and attempted to send out my FTP to my server per usual. I keep getting error messages.

- I've checked my online league settings, and they appear in order.
- I've turned "Write FTP debug into file". I get "FTP log file not found, or in use by another program. Could not open the file."
- I attempted to upload League Reports. It acts like it is Successful, but upon checking on my server, the latest Reports Zip is from the prior upload.
- I've checked with my server provider to see if there's any issues. There does not appear to be.

eMLB is stuck on my system until this is addressed. Need help ASAP as we were trying to do a daily "Thank You Tour" for raising over $11k for pediatric cancer research.

Nothing should have changed with the uploading. I would suggest the first steps would be to make sure to reboot your computer, double-check the paths and directories to make sure that your system can write to the directories, that your computer isn't running out of space, etc... Especially with the FTP debug not writing, that seems to imply something on your machine is causing issues.

I have over 1.16 TB free on the drive I place OOTP on. I will respectfully disagree with your comments and speculation, but I will comply and report back.

As expected, reboot complete, no change. No FTP writing.

The only material change that has happened since my last successful FTP on Monday night was switching to the new build, and errors are the only thing I deal with.

I will gladly upload it to the OOTP servers if necessary, and let someone on your team attempt to resolve it. But while I might not be a massive computer technician, I have not made any additional changes to my system since Monday night.

I think I have a solution. My website provider apparently on early Tuesday AM removed Passive FTP Mode as an option from uploading files and failed to communicate this. Even the Tech Support person admits they were surprised about this. So that makes two material changes, but now we found the culprit.

At their recommendation, I switched to Active FTP Mode, and that appears to have worked.

Were you getting Error-202 ? That's what I am getting while trying to export via ftp. I've tried everything and more to resolve this. If you were getting 202, perhaps I have a similar issue with Passive FTP (whatever that means! )
