Didn't receive loyalty rewards

I registered using the same username and email as OOTP22, but did not receive any of the packs that I should have.

Possibly related, when I log in to https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/, I only see an entry for PT22.

Unrelated, I do not seem to actually be getting any points that I have won from Perfect Drafts.

Any Ideas?
