Should the PP rewards for this achievement be level-dependent?

My good team recently had a 15 game winning streak at the diamond level, but got the same 1000 PP reward as one would get for that streak at the entry level. That's just nutty IMHO.

I understand that thinking, but I think that would ultimately be bad in terms of the global auction house. ofc you can already buy currency, but that would just add on top of it and the rich would get richer so to speak.

But it would be nice to have some sort of other incentive for climbing the ranks.
