Disappearing Cards

From what's being reported on Discord, many players, including myself, are having problems with disappearing cards. The toppers from Thursday's missions (McCormick and Hines) have vanished, and so have some LE cards. This appears to be tied in with the release of GO yesterday.

I'm VERY unhappy, as my El Norte Tigers are in a Diamond pennant race and suddenly have a hole in the middle of their starting rotation. Any help here?

I'm looking at the back end of your account and it appears those cards are among your inactives. Can you please check that on your Manage Cards screen?

McCormick is showing on my reserve roster with a 13-day delay. In card management, I now have 2 blank cards at the bottom of the list, which I'm assuming are McCormick and Hines.

I'm going to leave this team alone in order to avoid any further changes, but McCormick was due to start my next game against my division leader. I hope RA Dickey is up the the challenge.

Any further update on this? I reset the cache because Ernie Lombardi turned into a Jim Unknown on one of my other teams. McCormick and Hines are now showing normally on my roster, but McCormick has 9 more days in roster purgatory. Can this at least be reversed so that I can put him back on the active roster? I didn't move him from there and shouldn't have to suffer this penalty.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, we are more than likely unable to reverse a roster-lock, as unfortunate as the situation was that led to that. I wish we could, but that's just something the team, at this moment, is not able to accomplish.

Thanks for the communication if not the solution, Dish. It looks like the team will make it in as a wild card with McCormick missing those 14 days.
