OOTP GO PT packs not showing

When I open packs on OOTP GO in PT is comes up as a black screen with only the buttons for return or buy more packs available. I'm on an IPhone 12.

If you are going to open another pack, can you enable the trace by going into the settings, then set the Debug Settings to OOTP debug trace ENABLED. Then after you open it (if there's still an issue), can you go to the Files app on your device, and send me the trace file from there?

It’s every pack..I’ve tried to open about 5 across 2 accounts.

Can you change around some of the pack opening settings and see if anything helps there? Can you send me a screenshot of your current settings?

I was just on default settings. I tried again today using card by card instead of instant but it was just a black screen doing that.

Hm, this may be a device specific thing, but the trace you sent over was very helpful in that it had the errors we needed. We're still in the process of figuring out what the exact issue is though

Ok..thanks for looking into this. I play the desktop version as well so it's not a rush for me as I just open packs on there.

When the new patch comes out (hopefully soon), can I ask you to uninstall, then reinstall if possible and let me know if it works?

This one in particular has been hard to reproduce on our end. I've personally seen it happen to me once, but never since, and unfortunately the errors that appear in the logs are a bit too general to find the exact cause. We've made some fixes though in the latest patch that we're hoping could be related
