Fully integrated historical league

Sorry if this is covered somewhere else, but I can't find it so...

Is it possible to set up a historical league in ootp23 where the league is fully integrated from the start... meaning all the Negro League players show up in the first year drafts pre 1948. I'd love to be able simulate what guys like Josh Gibson and Cool Papa Bell would be able to do in the MLB.

If you start a historical league in 1920 using the historical minors option the Negro Leagues will import. Under the Rules menu you can disable the color barrier and this will allow for integration.

Actually, I'm pretty sure you can start it anytime and, with historical minors on and the color barrier off NeLers will start appearing. It's just that only those from 1920 have been rated with selective NeL stats as MLB-equivalent, so earlier guys like Rube Foster and Grant "Home Run" Johnson are rated as minor-leaguers.
