Help with sounds, please.

I have 21 and I just found I am missing a bunch of sounds. I wanted to get rid of that annoying airplane that flies over every two minutes and deleted it. But....I started going thru my sounds just to see what each one is and I find there's a bunch I've never heard. I haven't messed with my files or anything. I'm missing rally sounds, all of the vendors, some of the crowd excitement. I can't figure why I haven't heard these when I haven't done anything at all to alter them or mess with them in any way!

Little help??
