Manual Selection of All-Star Teams

How do I change the settings such that I can manually select the All-Star teams? I see the manual voting tab, but there is a message that this is not allowed in my league. It would be great if somebody could give me basic direction on how to change this setting.

I always pick my all-star teams manually... it is a little confusing to do, but I figured it out.

Sorry, but I need to see the all-star screen to tell you how I do it.

It will be a while before I play my all-star game.

Hoping someone else with chime in and help you.

Click on All-Star Voting in the league drop down menu. Right next to that tab you will see Manual All-Star Selection. Click on that tab. Once there the CPU will have already made selections. You can remove them one at a time or all at once. To get your guys you want on the team just drag them from the top to the team on the bottom.
