Daily Login Issue

Is there a specific time of the day that registers whether you logged in that day? I normally log in between 9am and 10am CST, but yesterday I logged in around 1130am. The punch list showed that I was one day away from getting the Diamond Pack, and when I logged in this morning the streak had reset.

According to our records, you did get the Diamond Pack, and then the punchlist reset to the beginning the next day. So you should still have your streak going. Might have just been an issue of the punchlist didn't pop up for some reason when you got the Diamond Pack reward from the login streak.

By the way, the timer resets at 00:00 UTC, which right now is 8 p.m. ET (7 p.m. CT)

Thank you for looking into it. I received quite a few packs yesterday with various mission rewards I completed, so it's very possible that the login streak pack was part of that. It makes sense though that if it didn't pop up, I wouldn't have known. All good!

This happens to me *Constantly* I get a few days into a week, and it resets to 1. I almost always have the game up and running too, it just doesn't make sense and it's quite infuriating.

I also just lost a 14 day streak, logged in at about 5am EST before bed and had the streak. Log in now (8:30PM EST so the next day) and the streak is gone.

Oh well, getting burnt out of PT anyway

This really needs to be modified so it ends at midnight in the user's local time zone. I had a streak of something like 90+ days and was up into the historical packs, but it reset tonight because I didn't log in by the 8 pm deadline. It's extremely frustrating because I didn't forget. I just had stuff to do and can't prioritize my evenings around OOTP's schedule. This is my only real complaint about this game.

I keep losing the consecutive day streak even when I know I signed in. This time I looked at my transactions and it said PP Login rewards for 400 on Fri, 3:26PM. Then it shows 100 Login form Sat., 8:57 PM.

There was no login between 8:00 PM Fri and 8:00 PM Saturday... that resets you.

You have to SIGN IN. Just running the game isn't enough. If you don't see the punch-in box come up, sign out and in again just to be safe. Take the 30 extra seconds to be sure. If you're on a Mac, you could probably even write an automator script to do it for you.

Even better would be no reset at all until you got the diamond pack. I get that they want to encourage you to log in every day, but does that really matter so much?
