MLB history on Excel Spreadsheet

Heck if I can find it now but a few days ago there was a post with an excel spreadsheet that had the history of the major leagues.

It had stuff like when teams changed names, changed cities, changed stadiums. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the guy that made it?
