Can't Log in to PT 23

It says my log in info from 22 should work but it's not. i have 2 accounts and neither work. I bought the bundle. I do not know if the 23/8 bundle comes with extra points or not. Can someone confirm, please?

Did you create the new registration for PT23 using your login email from previous versions?
