Log in Streak Reset

I had a log in streak of over 3 weeks that was randomly reset even though I logged in every day. I want this resolved because it's taken away a lot of my motivation to keep playing the game every day and I'm not sure I want to buy a buggy game in the future.

I ran into the same issue, twice. The problem is that the game rolls over to the next day at 8 PM ET. That is what got me because I logged in one day after 9 PM thinking I was covered for that day. Unfortunately I went back to Day 1. I know now to make sure I login before 8.
