how do I find the patch

I purchased OOTP 23 via Steam. How, and where, do I find the ptach.61?

Right click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties from the menu. On the Properties window should be an Update section.

Make sure it's on Always Update.

I did as you said but still get an error when trying to log into Perfect Team.

Each time I get the error

exception:WinHttpSendRequest:12030 The connection with the server teminated abnormally.

I have logged out of OOTP each time and closed the game down and shut off the computer waiting a few hours only to get the same error.
