Cluboris Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Jul 2010 Posts: 22	Scouting fictional pitchers See my post here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...4&postcount=38 Don't know if this is a bug or by design, but newly generated pitchers aren't getting the same level of scouting as hitters, making it hard to determine pitching talent during draft and international signing periods.
