Suggestion maybe? Evolution cards

Not sure if I'm posting this at the right place. Not sure if this has been suggested either after a quick search.

I played PT two years ago but I haven't played last year. The reason I stopped playing PT in 21 was that pretty much every team had the same players and once you have the team you want, there isn't much more you can do.

To keep PT players tinkering with their team, it would be nice to have "evolution" cards. What I see are rookie cards that you can get via packs. These cards grow older after each season in PT and the ratings of the card are changed by the ratings a player had a certain age.

For example, let's say that you get a Babe Ruth rookie card. It would first have the 1914 ratings for Ruth when he was 19 yo. The next season in PT, the card is now the 20 yo Ruth with his 1915 ratings. The season after that, the ratings he had at 21 yo. etc. Since OOTP already have the database with all the ratings, I imagine it could be done.

The key point here would be that his top 3 or 4 seasons (let's say the 1920, 1921, 1923 and 1927 seasons) would have ratings above his Perfect card. That would mean that even though you have a Perfect 100 Ruth card in your team, there is another Ruth card that is temporarily better for a few seasons. So instead of having the same teams season after season, PT players would have the option of tinkering even more with their roster to try and time the peaks of their different evolution cards to have the best team during a season. Every team would have a win now window and a rebuilding phase when these cards are past (or not yet at) their top seasons. This could be applied to most (if not all) historical players, not just top players.

Anyway, I realize that this has probably been suggested before and I'm sorry if it has. But I feel it would bring a whole new element to the way we manage our teams.
