Team once again different from how I left it

Again, my team has been wholesale changed from my last log-in, lineups changed, pitching staff changed, players demoted and promoted without my input, again requiring I wait the full 14 days before I can bring anybody back up from a demotion that I didn't ask for. I'd really like to play this game the way I want to with the cards I want to use without having to constantly reset every single part of my roster whenever I log in. My Team Control settings are normal, only reserve roster management is set to AI. Why are my lineups and my roster being altered without my permission??
