J.C. Hartman appears twice on roster

This has been in OOTP for some time, but I just purchased OOTP 23 and noticed it's still here, so I'll report it.

If you start a 1962 historical sim with minor leagues, you'll notice that the Houston Colt .45s has two different entries for J.C.Hartman.

One entry is historical id "hartmj_01" and historical Minors ID "hartma002fra". The real life stats show the player's 1953-56 seasons in the Negro Leagues, and his 1962-63 MLB seasons with Houston.

The second entry has no historical ID but historical Minors ID "hartma001j--". The real life stats show all of his minor league seasons from 1956-1967. It also incorrectly shows him as "Caucasian"

These two entries are the same player.

Hopefully this will be an easy fix in the game's database!
