Still Missing Bought Card

Still missing bought card. Shows in transaction that I bought it. Still remains in mission I bought it in that I have NOT bought it. I tried the instructions given about Main Menu, Manage Cards, Find Cards (not there) As a matter of fact 2nd try I even rebooted my laptop to try...Didn't help

I know we're seen cards not added to rosters in some cases, and should have a fix for that coming in soon. Were the bought cards from a buy-now order, or from a previously placed buy order that was fullfilled?

In either case, logging out and logging back in should have the cards appearing in your inactive roster list, so that's always the first place to check, making sure you don't have any filters active.

So tired of hearing this. I have tried logging in and out, and restarting. The card was a buy-now, in my case. I don't think my thread was actually read. I had attached a screen shot showing the purchase and the roster spot he should have been in. My thread has now been pushed to page two, so I'm sure it won't get seen. Also never got an answer about my pack opening crashes, except for suggestions that didn't work. I chatted with someone else and he was told it was his graphics card. I'm guessing that'll be my answer, if I ever get one. I just wonder why a graphics card that has worked with the previous versions, and works fine with the main game for 23 is the problem. I'm not a computer whiz, but is there something so different between the main game and PT that triggers a game crash on pack opening that could be due to a graphics card in one area of the program and not the other? That I don't understand.
