No Update Available on Steam

When I boot OOTP23 on steam, I get the message that the hotfix (Build 23.2.54) should be available, and I need to close and update. However, steam does not have an update. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same issue.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Try logging out and in of the Steam client, sometimes that does it for me when an update is not showing up on Steam.

It's very frustrating for sure, so I feel your pain. Unfortunately it's a Steam thing, nothing we can do anything about.
