Error - Could not find team

Logged in once - never got in. Logged out, logged back in, had my extra 100 points for logging in and extra card packs for loyalty. But error pops up and goes no further.

Ditto here. Worked for my 2nd/3rd accounts (which I couldn't confirm until after the server hiccup) but on my main (which I was able to confirm pre-hiccup) I get this error

I'd confirmed pre-hiccup as well, but was loading when the server went down.

I got the error "could not find team!" too. It seems like I didn't register the team properly.

Same here, but it goes a step further. It shows that I'm logged in, and I had checked "Remember me" so I don't get any option to log out to clear things up. After I get "Could not find team" and click OK, it tries to load data but freezes every time trying to load the cards.

Everything looks right - it shows my username and says I have 12 packs to open, but I can't get all the way in and don't have a way to log out and clear it.

Mac version, direct purchase.

Edit: Found the way to log out before all that happens. Logged out, logged back in, same results/same freeze.

In case you haven't seen this (from discord) this works - to a point - all my cards are now black

For those who have had some issues with "could not find team" errors, try to quit the game, and delete the league folders with the ".pt" ending in your saved games folder, and then try again. It should work

Did you shut down OOTP23 completely and then delete the files? If so, sorry not sure what to tell you - onto a new problem of my own

Same problem here. Could not find team. Then it goes to loading team graphics, hangs, and I have to hard reset.

I created my three teams, opened my packs and set my rosters.

2 hours later, "cannot find teams'"

If you ran into issues registering, you may take the following steps:
-Please check your saved games folder and delete all folders ending with .pt. You may be able to log in again to your teams.
-If you are receiving an error logging in, we may have noted errors on your account, and you should be able to register that account again and start your game.
If none of those work, please email support@ootpdevelopments.com and we can work through verifying accounts there.
