Inconsistent transactions when minimum players activated

Low priority.

When the minimum number of players are active (26 active roster + 2 reserve roster), not all cards have the ability to be deactivated, quick sold, or sell-ordered. This may be a pitchers versus hitters dichotomy. On my roster, no hitters have those options while all but one pitchers do. (Live Michael King is the exception for selling because he's mission-locked, though he can still be deactivated.) See screenshot of Manage Cards, though the inconsistent options also apply when right-clicking players.

Workaround: activate one more player, which restores full transaction options for all 29.

Win10, build 50.
