While pitching with a man on first no "throw to first" tab available

While playing in 3D mode Giants 2021 vs Seattle 2021 at Seattle during the entire game the "throw to first" tab was always grayed-out when someone was on first which meant no pick-off's could be attempted to first base! When runners reached 2nd or 3rd, throws could be made to 2nd or 3rd respectfully for pick-off attempts.

I will attempt to upload my saved game dat file for my league for your perusal.

If you don't have the hold runner box checked, then no throw to first is possible.

The option disappears from my screen when there is a runner on 1st base.
