Turn Off Personality Clashing?
Is there a way to turn off Free Agents being unwilling to sign due to manager personality clashing? I don't want to turn off the whole personality system.

It happens way more frequently in OOTP than it does in real life and unless it was extreme it really shouldn't happen IMO.

I don't believe there is a way to turn off only that one aspect of the personality system
