Having to activate 23 everytime you boot it up

Everytime I boot up 23 it takes me to the activation screen. When I click on Enter License Key my key is already populated. Is there a way to not be forced to do this everytime I boot the game up?

Edit: So currently I cannot play any form of 23.

I know we've seen this in the past when the license information doesn't stick in your system. One solution I think I've seen is to start the game up as an administrator (on Windows you can often do that by right clicking the game and it's an option there). If that doesn't work, or doesn't work on your machine, for issues like we would usually suggest filing a support ticket and that team should be able to help more depending on your exact system setup.
