MLB MiLB logos in png format
Thanks to MikeS369 who did the conversion and everyone on the technical bug thread who instructed how to incorporate the logos going forward.
Here are the former files in .png format for use by the modding community: https://www.mediafire.com/file/qpsqt...Logos.zip/file |

I have not looked at PSU's pack, but for those wanting the literal OOTP23 .oi files converted into something they can manipulate (in the same manner they could manipulate them in 22 without restrictions), these are those files. If I had to guess, I'd think these are higher resolution than what one would find on Creamer's logo site or other publicly available .pngs. Don't know that though as have not compared them.

In addition to the links above for the logos, jerseys and caps, and again thanks to MikeS369, are the .oi pants converted to .png

If you want jerseys, hats, and pants in the .png format, all you have to do is go to your saved games directory and all the above will be png files in their respective folders. They are only .oi files in the main game directory.

Hate to be a simpleton, but Old not too PC literate guy. Will I take the links above and unzip in saved game file, or do I need to create a new folder and replace the existing saved game file?

The .oi files that ship with the game should be loading properly out of the box for the corresponding teams. For any use of the files for the purpose of using them in modified logos/uniforms, etc. though, you will want the these .png versions of those same files to get around .oi file restrictions.
In the FastSpring version of the game, the folder for logos, for example, is here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 23\logos For the uniform pieces, instead of "logos" at the end, it is "jerseys", "ballcaps" and "pants". But like, I said, these .png files are mostly for the purposes of altering them. With regards to the downloads, yes, you would unzip the file, go to the now unzipped folder and either put the contents of the unzipped folder in the appropriate folder or just put the entire folder in there as it is a stable of items you can then mod. |
