Card House: Buy Orders Not Filling - Dylan Bundy

There are multiple sell orders (the lowest at 57); there are also multiple buy orders of 57 --

produced by hitting the Buy Now button in the Card House
also put in a higher buy order (58) and that didn't resolve either
Finally, I put a buy order at 67 and it ended up fulfilling the sale -- so it seems there is a phantom 57 sell order and users are clicking the Buy Now button and not getting cleared.
