Can't sign up for another PD while prior PD is active

Another in the "I'm not sure if this is intentional with the PD changes in OOTP23". I've signed up for two perfect drafts tonight. I was eliminated 0-3 in the first one, which is still running with the other teams. I signed up for a second PD, and now I'm trying to sign up for a third since my team is eliminated from the first. However, Sign Up is greyed out. Maybe this is as intended, but in OOTP22 I could sign up for a new PD as soon as I had lost in the previous one.

Build 43, Win10.

This appears to be the same function in every tournament. I hope it's a bug that gets fixed and not intentional.
