card shop/csv export issues

1. GB tendency and FB tendency indices (0, 1, 2) from the data dump via the card shop do not reflect the full complement of tendency options in-game.
2. Batted ball profile isn't included in the data dump via the card shop. This is an important ratings. Can we please get this added?

Would also be nice if it could include positional maximum ratings.
