Defensive Play-by-Play Controls

In my OOTP23-Apple-Version there is no "Hold Runners"-Button in the Defensive Play-by-Play Controls... The Manual says there should be one.

The hold runners button was removed. There is now a check-box on-screen to decide whether to hold runners.

I really love this feature. I was always bad at remembering to hit the right button whilst playing out my games. I like how it defaults based on the situation.
