Head Coach Action Menu Greyed Out

Action Menu greyed out, so can't interact with head coach.
Using Fastspring version for Mac.

I vaguely recall that there was a reason it won't work from that dropdown, but can't remember why at the moment. I'll see if that's still the case, or if we can activate it now. (It'll still work if you right-click the coach's name on the staff screen, though.)
