Prospect Development

I'm playing a custom game and noticed that every single one of my prospects gets pissed when I send them to the minors but the ones I leave unsigned in juniors are fine. Is it going to hurt their development more to be angry but in a better league or be happy in a worse league?

If the level of play is affecting his development (which isn't going to happen unless he's too good for the lower-level league), it'll generally have a larger effect than happiness, although there'll be some cases (extremely low happiness vs. a league adjustment where the player is just past the "too good" threshold) where low happiness will hurt more.

My general feeling is it might be a good thing if 'happiness' got a buff to make it slightly more important. As things stand right now, it doesn't feel that crucial in the game. Certainly not as much of a factor as in real life, where it can have a considerable impact on performance.
